We use external services (e.g. Financial Modeling Prep, OpenAI). Market Daddy is not responsible for any harm or inaccuracy resulting from third-party data.

We are not liable for any financial loss, decision, or damages incurred using Market Daddy.

• No liability for service interruptions or bugs.

7. Jurisdiction

All legal matters shall be governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be settled exclusively in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
